Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! I offer a free initial 30 min consultation (via in-person, phone, or telehealth) during which we will discuss your needs, goals, expectations, overview of the type of counseling I provide, appointment availability and fees in order to make sure I’m the right counselor for you.

What is the cost?

My standard self-pay rate is $140/50 minute session and $190/80 minute session. I offer a student rate of $85/50 minute session. There are a limited number of reduced fee slots available based on financial need; these opportunities are discussed and offered after the an initial consultation appointment is held.

If you are utilizing your insurance, cost will depend on your particular plan and whether or not you have a copay/coinsurance or deductible. You can reach out to your insurance directly for this information or I can check your benefits after your consultation appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

Life in Full Bloom Counseling currently accepts Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford and United Healthcare/Optum.

If a client has out of network benefits, I can provide you with a billing statement (also known as a “super-bill”) with all the necessary information, so you can submit for potential reimbursement. Full payment for services is required when the service is rendered.

My hours are Mon-Thurs 12pm-7pm.
